Is the interview necessarily in person?

For engineering roles, all interviews are conducted online.
For sales roles, only the final interview is conducted in person.

Is there a dress code for the interview?

There's no specific dress code, so please come in office casual attire.

I'm unsure about which job role to choose, but can I apply for multiple positions?

It's possible. We'll guide you to the most suitable position during your interview.

Is there a possibility of job relocation?

Essentially, no. For engineering roles only, if you wish, we can discuss overseas assignments.

Is there job rotation or internal transfer?

It's possible to discuss based on your preferences and the availability of open positions. We conduct career consultations once every six months, where you can discuss your preferences.

(Note: There are past examples of employees transferring to group companies based on their requests.)

Is there a dress code within the company?

You don't need to wear a suit, but we generally ask that you dress in office casual attire appropriate for the time, place, and occasion (TPO), ensuring it doesn't make others uncomfortable.

(NG examples: excessively short bottoms, sandals/slippers, overly dyed hair, etc.)

What can you tell me about your training system?

In addition to basic training upon joining the company, we conduct orientation and On-the-Job Training (OJT) based on your assigned department. When promoted, employees also attend appropriate external training programs.
